In the school council we like to get the opinions and ideas of other children in the school.
We have had several new changes to the school grounds. For example, the new Prayer and Reflection garden which was recently opened by the Bishop of Warrington.
We also have a new shelter on the field which we can use for outdoor lessons in the summer, and our parents can use it in the winter whilst waiting to pick us up from school.
When there is a new member of staff appointed, we are involved in asking the candidates questions.
We meet up once a month to discuss how to improve our school. We return to class and talk about what we have decided.
We think that being on the school council is an opportunity to improve every area of our school and to have our voices heard.
